POhWER

We helped to develop an internet based portal application for this charitable organisation. POhWER provide advocacy services to the public across the UK using a distributed network of agents. The portal allows the agents to log in from wherever they are to update and maintain a central database of clients and the advocacy progress. The central office can then produce reports, staticstics and access control for the agents.

This application was developed using Microsoft .Net v4, running on Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008.

 

Department of Health (DH) - e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH)

A range of integrated internet applications were developed for the Department of Health to provide centrallised access and administration for distributed staff and users to the organisation's online learning facilities. Applications include a central portal, registration system, OpenID/SSO integrated access, CMS functionality, and administration facilities. The portal has nearly 200,000 registered users from across the globe.

Plesilium provided consultant developer services on this project, working along side a team of developers. Technologies used included Microsoft .Net v4, MS SQL 2005, Windows Server 2003, classic ASP, javascript/jQuery and HTML/CSS.
